How it works

This is a step by step guide on how to order your favourite meal.

Step 1 -  Ordering
Please choose which Fast Food Restaurant you wish to order from and add the items you want to your cart. 
Once satisified with the items you wish to purchase, please click the shopping cart in the top right hand corner.
Before proceeding to checkout please add any additional information such as plain burgers, side options etc into the notes box in your shopping cart.
Please then, proceed to checkout.

 

Step 2 - Contact Information
You will then be directed to a page where you must fill out information such as e-mail address and billing address of where you would like your order to be delivered to.
*Please ensure you leave a valid e-mail address and mobile number for text updates and if the delivery driver is having a problem regarding your order or address or if we cancelled your order due to unavailability of any of the items you have added to the cart*

 

Step 3 - Payment
You will then be directed to a payment window.
You then have the option of paying using your card through our website or cash on delivery.
Once you are happy with how you would like to pay, please click complete my purchase to finish your order. 

 

Step 4 - Delivery
A delivery representitive will then receive your order and text the mobile number you provided stating the estimated delivery time. As well as confirming the total amount to pay upon delivery, if you have chosen 'Cash on Delivery'.
A delivery driver will then collect your order from the nearest fast food restaurant close to your address and deliver your food from there.
Please be aware that your food will remain hot due to our delivery drivers having the correct heating equipment within their vehicles.
